Terms of Reference

• To design and publish the official Admission Bulletins (UET/PET/RET) and other special courses of study. This includes the development of comprehensive outreach tools, such as help videos and dedicated help desks, to ensure effective and transparent communication of the University’s admission system.
• To develop, review, and refine the admission procedures on an ongoing basis. Any proposed changes or updates to the procedure will be implemented only after receiving due approval from the relevant statutory bodies.
• To collaborate actively with the Office of the Controller of Examination and all designated online admission vendors to facilitate necessary technical modifications and updates, thereby ensuring seamless alignment with the refined admission procedures.
• To ensure the entire admission process is conducted in a timely, transparent, and error-free manner, upholding the highest standards of integrity and fairness.
