Tentative Schedule of UG Admissions, Physical Reporting and Document Verification - 2026

Required Documents for Physical Reporting

At the time of reporting, candidates will be required to produce the following original documents along with one set of photocopies and six passport-size photographs (as listed in the CAP UG – 2026):

1. Provisional Admission Letter (downloaded from the Admission Portal)
2. BHU Registration Form (with preference order)
3. CUET NTA Application Form
4. CUET NTA Admit Card
5. CUET NTA Scorecard
6. Intermediate Marksheet & Certificate
7. High School Marksheet & Certificate
8. Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL* / EWS* / PwBD / Ward) (as applicable)
9. Transfer Certificate
10. Migration Certificate (if issued from board)
11. Character Certificate
12. Anti-Ragging Undertaking (Student & Parent/Guardian) (download from https://admission.bhu.ac.in)
13. Residence / Dossier Form (Triplicate, to be printed on both sides) (download from https://admission.bhu.ac.in)
14. Six Passport-Size Photographs

On the date of reporting, all the PwBD candidates will be examined by a Medical Board constituted by BHU, as per criteria fixed by the University. The decision of the Medical Board constituted by BHU will be final.
