Critical Verification Policy & Conditions
Category Certificate Validity: In case a candidate fails to produce a valid Category Certificate (as claimed for the admission), his/ her candidature shall be summarily cancelled without any further notice.
Certificate Threshold Dates:
- *EWS Certificate: Must be issued on or after April 01, 2026.
- *OBC Certificate: Must be issued on or after January 01, 2026.
If the candidate fails to produce documents listed at points 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12, an extension (not beyond Oct 31, 2026) may be permitted on formal request.
PwBD Candidates: On the date of reporting, all PwBD candidates will be examined by a Medical Board constituted by BHU. The decision of the University Medical Board will be final.
Note
All candidates must report on the announced dates. An extension may be permitted by the Principal / HoD / Coordinator till Aug 03, 2026. If any candidate fails to report within this timeframe, the admission shall be summarily cancelled and the seat will be considered vacant.
